By accessing and using Movie Lens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Movie Lens is a software product developed and operated by PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SH.P.K. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Movie Lens is an AI-powered movie identification service that analyzes uploaded images to identify movies, television shows, and other media content using artificial intelligence technology.

2. Description of Service

PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SH.P.K. provides the Movie Lens service with the following features:

• AI-powered movie and media identification from uploaded images
• Credit-based system using "popcorns" as virtual currency
• User account management and authentication
• Payment processing for additional credits
• Optional text descriptions to enhance AI accuracy

Each movie identification request costs 1 popcorn. New users receive 5 free popcorns upon registration.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Movie Lens only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Use automated tools to access our Service
• Upload content containing viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images and descriptions you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store this content solely for providing our Service.

Our Content: Movie Lens, its logo, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SH.P.K. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Third-Party Content: Our Service may reference movies, shows, and other media owned by third parties. We do not claim ownership of this content.

6. Credit System and Payments

Popcorns: Our credit system uses "popcorns" as virtual currency. Credits are used to access our AI analysis service.

Pricing: Current credit packages are:

• Small Package: $4.99 for 10 popcorns
• Medium Package: $9.99 for 30 popcorns
• Large Package: $14.99 for 100 popcorns

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Paddle. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. AI Analysis and Accuracy

Our AI-powered movie identification service:

• Uses advanced machine learning algorithms
• Provides results with confidence scores
• May not always identify movies correctly
• Continuously improves through usage

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in movie identification. Results are provided "as is" and should be verified independently.

8. Data Security and Privacy

Data Processing: By using our Service, you consent to the processing of your uploaded images and data for the purpose of AI analysis and service improvement.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make updates and improvements
• Suspend service for security reasons
• Modify or discontinue features

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SH.P.K. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SH.P.K. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kosovo.
